A commercially driven retail property professional with over 8 years' experience across leasing, development and strategic advisory. Prior to founding Retail Asset Group, Aaron held diverse roles at Scentre Group (Westfield), gaining deep exposure to leasing across Australia's leading retail assets in both NSW and Victoria.
With dual degrees in Finance and Property & Real Estate, Aaron brings an analytical and commercial lens to every project, ensuring leasing strategies align with long-term asset value and market dynamics.
A former competitive footballer, Aaron brings the same performance mindset, discipline and accountability to client relationships - with a focus on clear strategy, strong execution and measurable outcomes.
